Since launching our new digital collections website in January, we have continued to update the site with new resources.

Most recently we have added another 10 years of city directories. Now this collection ranges from 1870 to 1910.

We have also added more maps, including the 1934 Sanborn fire insurance maps depicting Montclair. To learn more about the Sanborn maps and how to use them, please visit the Sanborn Maps collection on the Library of Congress web site.

We have also added all of the Montclair plates from the 1906 Atlas of Essex County.
