Costoluto refers to the distinct flattened, heavily ribbed shape of various Italian heirlooms. This gorgeous selection comes from Florence with brilliant red, 4 inch wide by 1 ½ inch tall tomatoes. Fruit are juicy and flavorful for slicing but really shine when slow-roasted or cooked down into a rich sauce. Indeterminate plants perform well in both hot and cooler climates.
