Chervil is a delicate culinary herb used frequently in French cuisine. It is a member of the parsley family with a mild flavor with hints of anise and licorice, somewhat like tarragon combined with parsley. This spring herb is often used in egg dishes, with fish or poultry and in soups. It is sometimes called French parsley. Always add at the end of cooking.
