Apple mint, also known as the “fuzzy mint” or “woolly mint,” is one of our favorite mints. It has a mild minty flavor with a hint of fruit that you can add to a pitcher of ice water, iced tea, or minty desserts. Dried apple mint makes a lovely hot tea, too.
