This pretty herb is found in European and Asian cuisines. While the leaves have a sweet, grassy flavor, dill seeds are more aromatic, with a slight citrus flavor that’s similar to caraway seeds. Great in a cucumber and dill salad, in a yogurt sauce with salmon, paired with potatoes. Put this in the back of your herb garden because it grows from 2 to 4 feet tall!
