We’re excited to partner with the Independent Contemporary Arts Project (ICAP) for this fun afternoon for kids. ICAP’S teaching artist will be leading hands-on workshops in which children will make a snow-person pillow to cuddle with; wrapping paper using stamps, markers and stencils; and holiday cards. They’ll collaborate with the ICAP teaching artists and crate a snowy town, winter trees, and a marshmallow snow person. They’ll be improvisational holiday storytelling and a Poetry Circle, where children will be introduced to Robert Frost’s Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening. Light refreshments will be served. $10 per person (payable to ICAP). ICAP Children’s Summer Campers are free. Space is limited. Please email info@icaparts.org to register.
